Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled through the scheduling confirmation link. Paid appointment cancellation, credit, and refund eligibility are governed by the posted cancellation and refund policies. Failure to attend does not automatically create a refund or credit.

Each appointment confirmation includes a private link to reschedule or cancel that specific appointment. Please use that link so availability updates automatically and scheduling conflicts are avoided.

We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so the reserved time can be made available to others.

Booking an appointment does not by itself constitute payment. An appointment is only treated as paid once payment has been confirmed through an approved method. Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee acceptance of a project or establish legal representation.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment does not automatically create a refund or credit. Missed appointments and cancellations made without adequate notice may be forfeited.
