Luxumbra Aurifex LLC does not assume responsibility for court, agency, appeal, statute-of-limitations, service, hearing, or filing deadlines. The client remains solely responsible for tracking and meeting all deadlines.

No online system, email system, database, payment processor, or third-party platform can guarantee perfect security. Luxumbra Aurifex is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, breaches, policy changes, denials, fees, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxumbra Aurifex LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fees, costs, or expenses arising from the client's misuse of services, false information, unlawful conduct, third-party disputes, unauthorized use of materials, filing choices, communications, or actions taken based on client decisions.

Nothing in this notice is intended to limit or exclude any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Where any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
