Data Handling & Security Notice

This notice describes how Luxumbra Aurifex LLC handles the information you share and the practical limits of data security.

Information We Handle

We handle the information you provide through intake forms, invoice requests, contact forms, communications, and any materials you choose to share for a requested service. We ask that you provide only the information needed for the service you are requesting.

How We Use Information

Information is used to review your request, provide the requested educational and document-support services, communicate with you, process payment or invoicing, and maintain records. We do not sell your personal information.

Acknowledgment Records

When you submit an intake or a checkout / invoice request, we record each acknowledgment you provide, along with a timestamp, submission identifier, and, where available, IP address and browser information, so that consent is accurately documented.

Data Security Limits

No online system, email system, database, payment processor, or third-party platform can guarantee perfect security. You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information unless it is needed for the requested service, and you should not send highly sensitive files by email.

Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms for hosting, forms, databases, payments, email, scheduling, file storage, analytics, AI tools, or communications. Those platforms process data under their own terms and security practices. Luxumbra Aurifex is not responsible for third-party outages, breaches, policy changes, or service interruptions.

Retention

We retain submissions and records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.

Compliance Awareness

We aim to handle personal information consistently with applicable data-protection principles, including the Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.171. This reference is provided for compliance awareness only and is not legal advice.
