Chargeback / Payment Dispute Policy

This policy explains how to raise a billing question and how chargebacks and payment disputes are handled.

If you have a billing question or concern, please contact Luxumbra Aurifex LLC first so we can attempt a good-faith resolution before you initiate a chargeback.

Service Fees, Not Donations

All payments are service fees for private administrative education, document organization, trust-structure education, strategic preparation, drafting support, templates, courses, or related educational and administrative services. Payments are not donations and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions. Payment does not guarantee any outcome.

Good-Faith Resolution

We are committed to working with clients in good faith to resolve genuine billing issues, including questions about scope, delivery, or amounts charged.

Bad-Faith Chargebacks

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks — including disputes filed after services have been delivered or access has been granted — may result in suspension of service, termination of access, collection efforts, and preservation of records.

Relationship to Refund Policy

Refunds, credits, revisions, or service adjustments are governed by the Payment Terms & Refund Policy. Custom drafting, strategy sessions, rush work, document organization, and digital products may be non-refundable once work begins, access is granted, or materials are delivered.
