Each engagement is scoped based on the package selected and the specific needs of your matter. Complex matters may require a private quote. The starting-at prices shown reflect the minimum investment for each package.

All payments to Luxumbra Aurifex LLC are service fees for private administrative education, document organization, trust-structure education, drafting support, case-preparation support, courses, templates, or related educational and administrative services. Payments are not donations and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Digital products, templates, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, due to their nature.

Strategy sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable advance notice. Cancellations or reschedules made without adequate notice, and missed appointments, may be forfeited.

Custom drafting, document-support, and case-preparation support fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reflect dedicated preparation time and effort.

Retainer payments are applied toward the document-support and case-preparation support time we provide for your matter. Unused, unearned amounts, if any, are handled at the discretion of Luxumbra Aurifex.

Rush and expedited fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reserve priority preparation time.

No refund is guaranteed based solely on dissatisfaction with a court, agency, opposing party, reviewer, third party, or any outcome. Luxumbra Aurifex provides preparation, education, and organizational support only and does not control or guarantee results.

At its sole discretion, Luxumbra Aurifex may offer revisions, service credits, or partial refunds where appropriate. These final terms may be updated before public checkout goes live.
